Currently, we only ship to the United States via UPS and USPS. We ship to both home and business addresses. Once your packaged is shipped, you will receive and email or text from us with your tracking information. You can also login to your Vitalite Now account (if you set one up with a password at checkout time) at any time and view the status of and track your shipment.

Package Receipt Issues
In the unusual circumstance that you do not receive your package, please follow these steps:
1. Check the tracking number on your order (in your email and on your order page) with the delivery service (UPS or USPS) to see when and where it was delivered
2. Check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they may have picked up the package.
3. If you still cannot find the package, it might be a delivery error. You first need to file a claim with the carrier (UPS or USPS).
4. Send that proof of claim to us (email@example.com) with your order number.
5. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement
The customer is responsible for entering in the correct and valid address to receive their shipment. If an order was not received due to an address entry error, the customer is responsible for that order and we cannot refund or replace for free. You will have to order another.
Any orders returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping/return fees are not refundable.
