Where are your products sourced from?  Where are they manufactured?

Our products are sourced from only the highest quality growers from around the world.  Our ingredients are certified non-GMO (genetically modified ingredients) from growers who also do not use pesticides.  In some cases, some of our products are also certified organic.  We manufacture all of our products in an FDA-certified inspected facility in the USA.

Are your products vegetarian?

We strive to make as many of our products vegetarian.  However, we do have to use gelatin (bovine) in some cases.  Each product is clearly marked as such.

Are your products organic?

We use the best ingredients from high-quality suppliers without use of artificial ingredients or fillers. Several of our products are certified organic or contain organic ingredients.  They are marked as such.  We are always pushing our suppliers to get organic certification.

Are your products safe to use?

Yes, our formulas are made from completely safe ingredients that have shown very little side effects in most users.

What product do you recommend for...

Our support staff are not physicians and thus cannot make recommendations for your specific condition besides the information that are provided on our product pages.  For any condition, you should consult with your physician before taking a supplement.

How do I know if your product will work for me?

We believe in our products which are backed by research and historical use in many cultures. We also provide a money-back guarantee, so if you purchase the product and don't get the results you expect then we'll be happy to offer a full refund.

Can I take your products with prescription medication or with certain medical conditions?

We cannot provide medical advice in regard to medications nor other medical conditions.  Before taking our products, we strongly recommend you speak with your physician.

Do you have a phone #?  Can I order by phone?

We conduct all our support online via email (info@vitalitenow.com) and chat.  We do not have a phone number but can assure you that our payment provider uses the latest security technology and all your sensitive information is encrypted.

Can I get a discount?  I didn't receive my discount.

Periodically, we run promotions which you might find on our website or emails sent to you.  Please see all the terms and conditions.  You must apply your discount code at time of checkout.  Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We do offer discounts on large orders.  Please contact us at info@vitalitenow.com BEFORE you place your order as we cannot retroactively apply a discount to an order already placed.

How long does it take to ship?

Please see our shipping page for rates and typical delivery times.  Our fulfillment center typically ships in one to two business days.

Where do you ship to?  Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship only within the United States.
